Workplace coaching
I also have experience as an executive and management workplace coach and mentor, including:
- Sounding board/mentoring type of coaching at CEO and second-tier management level around a wide spectrum of strategic and tactical issues, both internal and external, typically faced by people at these levels.
- Coaching to support achievement of targeted personal and professional development plans at second and third tier level.
- Approved on the panel of coaches for management and executive staff to choose from, for a number of different government agencies.
- Professional group supervision for people working in challenging client-facing roles.
- Other coaching work related to personal development, behaviour change, general career and life goals, and specific career cross-road or ‘life-crisis’ challenges.
I am also a contractor with the Leadership Development Centre (LDC):
- Accredited as one of the LDC coaches, I have provided coaching for senior people in the Advanced Leadership Programme.
- I co-designed and co-facilitated 5-day residential commencement workshop for 16 senior public sector managers from 14 agencies, starting Cohort 2 of the Advanced Leadership Programme (June 08).
- I have facilitated two on-going Action Learning Groups for the LDC.
